Skills That Would Be Helpful To Your Success

  • Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in one of our listed preferred majors
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Available to start in the next month
  • Completed relevant coursework such as Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer
  • A solid working foundation with major’s core concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to be an individual contributor and work effectively in teams
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders at client sites
  • Ability and willingness to work outside
  • Ability and willingness to travel for client and company projects and/or meetings

Interview And Employment Requirements

  • Completion of pre-interview assessments
  • College transcript submitted for anyone under 1 year of experience post-graduation
  • Pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client-specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) checks according to company and client policies
