Pay
- Hourly pay: $30.28
- Certification bonus: $100 for each new ASE certification obtained, up to $700
- Quarterly bonus: up to $500 each quarter (four times per year)
- Sign‑on bonus: $1,250 after 30 days and $1,250 after 90 days
