Mechanic 3

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
• Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment
• Weld as needed to support maintenance and repair activities
• Prepare new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular technical testing on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collect and analyze data on machine operation to identify trends and recommend actions to reduce machine downtime
• Create and manage work orders through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Requirements

• Preferred Two-year Associate degree and 5+ years’ work experience required.
• Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS
• The jobs require: Standing for a long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending

Pay

Hourly Rate: $35.38 - $38.18 plus a $3.25 shift differential, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Schedule

Standard Work Hours: Friday - Sunday 4am - 4pm
