Position Description
The Meals and Medications Program Assistant is responsible for:
- Distributing medications to youth in a residential setting
- Completing required documentation in the electronic health record
- Preparing resident and staff meals according to regulations and menu guidelines
- Delivering meals throughout campus buildings
- Maintaining effective communication and relationships with other team members, including medical personnel, food service personnel, direct care staff, and supervisors
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- The ability to work independently and with a team
