Position Description

The Meals and Medications Program Assistant is responsible for:

• Distributing medications to youth in a residential setting
• Completing required documentation in the electronic health record
• Preparing resident and staff meals according to regulations and menu guidelines
• Delivering meals throughout campus buildings
• Maintaining effective communication and relationships with other team members, including medical personnel, food service personnel, direct care staff, and supervisors

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• The ability to work independently and with a team
