About the role

This position coordinates the Minimum Data Set (MDS) system according to CMS certification and licensure standards on all residents. Coordinates and serves as Team Leader for the Treatment Team on the assigned unit. Serves as teaching role as needed to maintain skills for clinical disciplines on MDS and care planning.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina.
• One year of experience in the area of specialization.

Pay

The recruitment range is $62,044 to $102,371.

Schedule

The position is considered mandatory, meaning employees are required to report to work during adverse weather and emergency conditions.

Sign-on Bonus

A Sign-on bonus of $10,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval.

Additional Information

Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center (LNMTC), located in Wilson, NC, is a state-operated certified Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). With a staff of about 520, LNMTC provides support to approximately 200 residents with complex medical needs and/or co-existing neuro-cognitive disorders.
