Requirements
- Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN state license
- Current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Completion of OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
