Requirements
- Valid, unencumbered LPN or RN state license
- Current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- At least two years of MDS experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Accurately complete RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
- Complete the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
- Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
