The Bostonian Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a seasoned full-time in-person MDS Coordinator for an in-person role in Dorchester, MA. Requirements

• Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• At least two (2) years of MDS experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurate completion of RAI for all Medicare patients in the facility
• Provides completion of the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs
• Complete OBRA MDSs as PPS caseload allows
