Responsibilities
- Cook up the MDS process, making sure MDS reports are done on time and right.
- Take charge of creating and updating resident care plans based on clinical checks, medical histories, personal chats, and MDS reports.
- Learn about new rules from CMS and RAI Manual, and make sure we stick to them.
- Keep good records so we can show what services we're providing.
- Work with other doctors and helpers to plan great care for everyone.
- Give direction and help others do their best work.
- Got a Nursing Degree from a school that's okay with people.
- Have a special card called an RN license that lets you work in Massachusetts.
- Know how to talk and write English really well.
- Can lead others and get along with different kinds of people.
- Can be patient, kind, and work with people who might not be easy to deal with.
- Must have at least one year of experience working with MDS.
