Responsibilities
- Lead resident assessment and care planning
- Manage the full MDS/RAI process
- Ensure timely and accurate assessments
- Maintain compliant documentation
- Analyze clinical data
- Support reimbursement accuracy
- Promote quality outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized, resident-centered care plans
- Monitor and improve resident safety, comfort, and independence
- Ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong knowledge of MDS/RAI processes
- Clinical data analysis skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
