About the role
You will collect MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames, compare data entered against the original MDS document, make corrections as needed, file the MDS documents in residents' charts, and maintain confidentiality of all patient care information.

Requirements
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN/LPN in Colorado
- Experience as an MDS Coordinator utilizing 3.0
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment
Pay
Rate range: $95–$100K per year
