What you’ll be doing:
- Provide and foster a culture of placing residents and guests first in the daily decisions involving their care and life in the community.
- Collect and enter MDS data for all residents as required by law.
- Identify problem areas indicated by the MDS and coordinate efforts to address Quality Measures.
- Update assignment/report sheets weekly.
- Manage Acute CP’s: Fall (after post review), UTI (per MD orders), Infections (per MD orders).
- Capture restorative nursing hours on MDS (per MD orders).
- Collaborate with the Social Services department for Care Conferences.
- Coordinate change of conditions/OMRA’s.
Who we are looking for:
- Demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team.
- Have 1-3 years of previous leadership experience and management skills.
- Be a graduate of an accredited college of Nursing and hold a current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Colorado with a BLS certification.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
