Responsibilities
- Manage and complete the Resident Assessment Process through the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and Care Area Assessments.
- Ensure substantiated reimbursement by coordinating and integrating information from various departments.
- Track Medicare/Managed Medicare/Commercial MDS and conduct weekly utilization reviews.
- Schedule and complete OBRA assessments.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Prior MDS/RAI experience.
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and coverage guidelines.
- Current/active nursing licensure.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
