Responsibilities
- Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and ensure accurate, timely completion of MDS assessments.
- Audit MDS assessments to maintain compliance and support individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to review resident outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state regulations related to documentation and assessments.
- Educate staff on MDS processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Knowledge of MDS assessments, RAI process, and reimbursement procedures.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and regulatory compliance expertise.
- Ability to work within a team-oriented, resident-centered environment.
