About the role
The MDS Coordinator at Spring Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is responsible for monitoring patient care, assessing procedures, speaking with patients, and recording medical codes. They may also be responsible for creating medical codes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient care

- Speak with patients
- Record medical codes
- Create medical codes (to allow coordination with medical billers and maintain accurate records)
Qualifications
- Previous MDS experience required
- RN / LPN license for the state of Pennsylvania
