MD Network Operations - HDQ
About the Role
For our client, we are seeking a MD Network Operations - HDQ to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will lead network operations strategy and execution, bringing together planning, operational readiness, and frontline coordination to support a highly reliable transportation schedule. The leader will build the structure, tools, and talent needed to strengthen irregular operations response and improve overall operational performance. This position will partner closely with multiple operational teams to ensure alignment, continuity, and strong customer outcomes in a fast-moving, safety- and service-driven environment.

Compensation
$249,050 – $276,700 annually
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of network operations
- Align efforts of operational teams to ensure excellence in planning and execution li>Build a scalable advanced planning organization across operational units
- Develop comprehensive playbooks for operational planning and execution
- Champion collaboration with key operational groups to maintain a reliable flight schedule
- Drive improvements in irregular operations management and customer support
- Ensure leadership continuity by developing a pipeline of trained personnel
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of leadership experience in network operations or a related field
- Strong business acumen with advanced operational planning skills
- Proven ability to manage complex airline operations and crisis situations
- Experience in developing operational playbooks and performance metrics
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and labor agreements in the airline industry
