Manager Network Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Administers team process and procedure
- Develops Goals and Objectives for staff
- Executes strategies and tactics to achieve increasing operational productivity and efficiency
- Makes sure process effectiveness and key performance indicators are monitored and reported
- Ensures consistent, high-quality oversight and trouble resolution for Managed Network DWDM support, customer support, and escalation management
- Implements process improvement strategies for department
- Supports client satisfaction through rapid restoration of services
- Ensures successful execution of change management activities
- Manages technical workgroup to ensure operational performance standards are met to support Company and department performance objectives
- Executes direction, goals, and priorities within Network Operations
- Maintains collaborative relationships with key departments in the Company to build and maintain product engineering standards
- Supports Senior Manager to attain clean, accurate performance reporting and business planning for the department
- Manages and monitors workload and development plans for team
What We Look For In a Candidate
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Typically with 5-7 years related experience and 1+ year previous supervisory / leadership experience preferred
Pay
