About the role

• Manage and optimize network operations to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of network infrastructure, including hardware and software updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions with other IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed network documentation and procedures.
• Monitor network performance metrics and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to network security and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations management.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of network engineers.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security best practices.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and incident response processes.
