About the role

This position is a full time (minimum 40 hours per week) on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Creates accurate quotes and cost estimates ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Enters Sales Orders & Verifies all information is correct (Quantities, Items, Pricing, Ship to address, Sales Tax, FOB).
• Enters new Purchase Orders as they come in & verifies the quote and purchase order match (quantities, items, pricing etc)
• Creates new items in MAS as needed for Sales Orders
• Affixes to updating and keeping of accurate pricing for all products.
• Prepares Invoice Requests for Reps & Customers.
• Completes Sales Orders, truck schedules for all new orders received and Special Bundling Instructions if needed.
• Reads and interprets engineering specifications for projects.
• Works with customers face-to-face and on the phone.
• Keeps supervisor informed of problems as they arise.
• Cross Train and support production scheduler and shipping coordinator
• Monthly inventories
• Help others obtain information when they need (sales, credit, accounting, production)
• Write up and send out OFI, CM & DMs when necessary.
• Participate in reoccurring customer meetings as needed for quote, order or any other updates

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college course work or degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
