McKinney Buick GMC is hosting a one-day Sales Consultant Opportunity on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 3950 South Central Expressway, McKinney, TX 75069. The event is for motivated individuals interested in building a rewarding career in automotive sales. We’re looking for people who are ultra-competitive, resilient, hardworking, coachable, and customer-focused. Former athletes and military veterans often bring many of these qualities to the automotive business, and bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. No automotive sales experience is required; we provide training designed to teach you the skills and process you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and understand their needs
• Help customers find solutions that fit their automotive needs
• Communicate effectively and build interpersonal rapport
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and achieving their goals

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Professional and well-groomed appearance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre‑employment background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• No prior automotive sales experience necessary
• Background as a former athlete or military veteran is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
