Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greets incoming customers in the showroom and dealership lot;
- Matches customer’s vehicle needs including car features and spending budget;
- Maximizes vehicle unit sales in a professional and ethical manner;
- Performs test drives as needed;
- Initiates post-delivery follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Resolves customer concerns or requests;
- Performs other related duties consistent with the role.
Requirements
- Valid Driving License;
- Acceptable Driving Record;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
