MB Loonie Quality/DMR

Description Of Duties

• Inspect damaged or defective materials and products
• Document quality or inventory issues in tracking systems
• Separate and label non-conforming inventory
• Work with Quality, Production, Shipping, and Receiving teams
• Investigate root causes of material defects or shortages
• Cook up rework, returns, scrap, or replacement processes
• Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
• Communicate issues to supervisors and leadership
• Help reduce waste and improve inventory and leadership

Qualifications

Two years’ experience within a manufacturing environment preferred

Skills

• Ability to apply and interpret statistical data
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
• Ability to apply and interpret statistical data
• Must be a team player with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have the ability to actively initiate, lead, and participate in problem solving activities
• Must be able to give candid feedback and report findings of non-compliance
• Maintain the professional competence, knowledge, and skill necessary for the satisfactory performance of all assigned responsibilities
