Lead the journey toward clinical excellence by directing all accreditation and survey activities, ensuring our facility consistently meets the highest national standards for patient safety and care.

Transform raw data into actionable insights by designing comprehensive reporting systems that empower leadership to make informed decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the health system by serving as the primary expert and educator on regulatory standards and evolving safety protocols.

Foster a high-performing, mission-driven team through proactive mentorship, strategic recruitment, and a focus on staff well-being to ensure we deliver our best for our patients every day.

Responsibilities

  • Lead accreditation and survey activities to ensure compliance with national standards for patient safety and care.
  • Design and implement comprehensive reporting systems to support decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
  • Educate leadership and staff on regulatory standards and evolving safety protocols.
  • Mentor and recruit a high-performing team to drive continuous improvement and staff well-being.

Requirements

  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Preferred Credential(s): Quality Professional. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board.
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board.
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration: Risk Management.
  • Education: High school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Preferences

  • Monday through Friday, day shift. Hours have some variability but typically 0730 to 1700.
  • Successful candidate will have 5+ years experience in healthcare, preferably with a strong focus in quality, regulatory, performance improvement and/or safety.
  • Successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, communication (written and oral).
