Maui Wailea - Site Supervisor

Salary: $30/hour. Driver's license required.

About the Role

Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s). Ensures all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, and required reports are filed. Notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train Security Officers and other company personnel; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in conjunction with company management.
• Prepare, file, and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Carry out supervisory duties such as interviewing, orienting, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints, and resolving problems in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail preferred.
• 1+ years of Security Experience preferred.
• 1+ years of Supervisor Experience preferred.
• May be required to hold and meet state, county, or municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
