What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and intellectual depth.
- Apply your expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related areas to design complex, rigorous problem sets.
- Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for accuracy, clarity, and logical soundness.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance.
- Ensure mathematical rigor and precision across all deliverables — from problem statements to worked solutions.
Who You Are
- A holder of a Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field.
- Deeply fluent in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics.
- Experienced with Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or applied projects.
- A precise, detail-oriented thinker who communicates complex ideas clearly in writing.
- Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data labeling, or AI evaluation workflows.
- Background in academic research, technical writing, or curriculum development.
- Familiarity with AI tools or large language model outputs.
- Experience reviewing or grading advanced mathematical work.
