What You'll Do

  • Develop, solve, and review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and genuine depth.
  • Apply your expertise in algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related areas to design complex, meaningful problem statements.
  • Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, rigor, and clarity.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to push the boundaries of AI model reasoning.
  • Ensure mathematical precision and intellectual integrity across all deliverables.
  • Work independently on task-based assignments — entirely on your own schedule.

Who You Are

  • Hold a Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field.
  • Deeply skilled in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics.
  • Experienced with Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or technical projects.
  • Exceptionally precise in written communication — you explain complex ideas with clarity and confidence.
  • Naturally detail-oriented with high standards for mathematical accuracy.
  • Fluent in English and based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
  • Background in academic research, technical writing, or peer review.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts.
  • Experience communicating advanced mathematics to non-specialist audiences.
