Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, in-home tutoring sessions in math, elementary reading/math, or test preparation to students in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, South Mountain, Ahwatukee, Arcadia, Phoenix, and virtual tutoring locations.
• Work with students to create a personalized "game plan" that builds life skills and confidence.
• Adapt to different learning styles and communicate effectively with students and parents.
• Travel to students' homes as needed, using reliable transportation.
• Build a strong teaching portfolio and gain experience that stands out.
• Provide individualized attention to help students thrive academically and personally.

Requirements

• Must reside in the U.S.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Some college.
• Reliable transportation to travel to students' homes.
• Teaching or tutoring experience with elementary school students.
• Strong communication skills.
• Genuine passion for education and student success.
• Specialized certifications are welcomed but not mandatory.
• Desire to work independently.
