We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections present: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About The Job", "Why Join Our Platform?", "What We Look For In a Texas Certified Teacher Tutor", "Ways To Connect With Students", "About Varsity Tutors And 1-on-1 Online Tutoring". Also maybe "Pay" and "Schedule" sections: they mention pay rates: "Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student, reaching up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week". That's pay info. Also schedule: "Set your own hours and tutor as much as you'd like." That's schedule. Benefits: maybe "No commuting required", "AI-powered Tutor Copilot", "We handle the logistics—you just invoice". Could be benefits. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe from "About The Job" paragraph), Why Join Our Platform? (benefits), What We Look For (requirements/qualifications), Ways To Connect With Students (maybe responsibilities?), About Varsity Tutors (company overview). Also Pay and Schedule sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's a line: "Please note: Varsity Tutors does not contract in: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia or Puerto Rico." That's substantive (states where they don't contract). Keep it. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

Our mission is to transform the way people learn by leveraging advanced technology, AI, and the latest in learning science to create personalized learning experiences. Through 1-on-1 Online Tutoring, students receive customized instruction that helps them achieve their learning goals. Our platform is designed to match students with the right tutors, fostering better outcomes and a passion for learning.

Please note: Varsity Tutors does not contract in: Alaska, California, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia or Puerto Rico.

We also need Pay and Schedule sections if posting actually states them. The posting includes pay info: "Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student, reaching up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week". That's pay. Schedule: "Set your own hours and tutor as much as you'd like." That's schedule. However we already included pay and schedule items in the "Why Join Our Platform?" section as list items. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could keep them under Why Join Our Platform? but also could create separate Pay and Schedule sections. However we must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state them, so we could create them. But we already have them in Why Join Our Platform? which is basically benefits. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe better to keep them under Why Join Our Platform? (which is benefits) and not create separate Pay and Schedule sections to avoid thin sections. However the instruction also says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So if we create Pay and Schedule sections, they'd have content (the pay and schedule details). That's okay. But we already have that content in Why Join Our Platform?; splitting may create thin sections but still substantive. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So better to keep them together under Why Join Our Platform? (which is benefits). However the heading "Why Join Our Platform?" is not exactly one of the prescribed headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule as allowed headings. So we could rename that section to Benefits (or Pay and Schedule). But we need to follow the rule: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use those headings. It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they want us to use those standard headings. The posting includes "Why Join Our Platform?" which is essentially benefits. So we could use

    Benefits

    . Similarly, we could have

    Pay

    and

    Schedule

if we want to split. But we prefer few sections. Could combine Pay and Schedule into Benefits? But Benefits heading is separate from Pay and Schedule. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we should have Benefits, Pay, Schedule as separate sections only if they have substantive content. They do. But that would be three sections. Could we combine Pay and Schedule into Benefits? That would be mixing categories but still okay? The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid using other headings, but likely they expect us to map content to those headings. So we should map: - About the role: from "About The Job" paragraph. - Benefits: maybe the "Why Join Our Platform?" items that are benefits (no commuting, AI copilot, logistics handling, matched students, flexible schedule?). But schedule and pay are separate headings. - Pay: pay details. - Schedule: schedule details. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: the "What We Look For" list could be split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we can keep as Requirements (or Qualifications). The instruction: prefer few sections. So we could make one section "Requirements" that includes all those bullet points. - Ways To Connect With Students: could be Responsibilities. - About Varsity Tutors: maybe About the company (could be omitted? but it's substantive). Could be "About the Company" but not in list. Could be omitted? But we should preserve all substantive information. Could put under "About the Company" but not in allowed headings. However we could put under "About the role"? No. Better to add a section "About Varsity Tutors" even if not in list? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not an exhaustive list. So we can use other headings as needed. So we can keep "About Varsity Tutors And 1-on-1 Online Tutoring" as a heading. Thus final HTML:
