As a Texas Certified Teacher on the platform, you'll bring your classroom expertise to a flexible, remote tutoring environment—setting your own schedule, earning competitive rates, and making a real impact on students' lives, all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on‑demand instant tutoring requests when you are available.
• Tutor remotely using the purpose‑built Live Learning Platform.

Requirements

• Active Texas Teaching Certificate issued by the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
• Subject matter expertise in your certified area(s), with ability to connect K‑12 curriculum concepts to student needs across grade levels and learning goals.
• Demonstrated classroom teaching experience in a Texas setting, with strong understanding of TEKS standards and how to apply them in one‑on‑one instruction.

Qualifications

• Skilled at diagnosing student gaps, adjusting pacing and approach, and explaining concepts through multiple methods to meet each student where they are.
• Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to individual learning needs and styles.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.

Pay

Earn incrementally higher pay for each session with the same student, reaching up to $40/hour. Get paid up to twice per week for fast, reliable compensation.
