About the role
A PART-TIME POSITION IS AVAILABLE FOR THE 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR. 0.4 FTE HIGH SCHOOL MATH TEACHING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT COOPER HIGH SCHOOL.
Responsibilities
- Teach high school mathematics courses.
- Instruct students in a variety of mathematical concepts.
- Develop lesson plans and assessments aligned with state standards.
- Mentor and support student learning through individualized instruction and group activities.
Requirements
- Hold current appropriate licensure.
- We may support Tier 1, 2 or OFP licensure as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration.
- Experience with differentiated instruction and assessment strategies.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to manage classroom effectively.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
