Math Interventionist

About the role

Milton Middle School seeks a dynamic math teacher to join an innovative team serving middle school students. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, commitment to student success, and experience collaborating with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Teach middle school mathematics, including algebra, calculus, general math, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Implement effective instructional strategies and data-informed practices.
• Work collaboratively with a team of math teachers and team teachers.
• Apply Restorative Practices in classroom management.
• Contribute to the district's efforts to dismantle systemic barriers and improve student outcomes.

Requirements

• Current and valid Educator’s License with a middle school math endorsement.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
