About the Role
Boston Medical Center – Brighton, a member of the Boston Medical Center Health System, is seeking a full-time fellowship-trained Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialist to join the Maternal Fetal Medicine division. The position will be primarily based at Boston Medical Center – Brighton, with additional MFM services provided at Boston Medical Center – South in Brockton, MA.
The role includes clinical responsibilities such as obstetrical ultrasound, prenatal diagnosis, perinatal consultation, antepartum management, office practice, and optional labor floor management. This position features a medical school Faculty appointment commensurate with background and experience, with teaching opportunities for medical students and PA students from Boston University and Tufts University.
The St. Margaret’s Center for Women and Infants at Boston Medical Center – Brighton offers a personalized patient care experience and is part of a growing practice with approximately 3,000 newborns delivered annually. The hospital holds a Level 4 maternity rating and a Level 3 NICU with full-time on-site neonatology.

Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Eligibility for or possession of a Massachusetts Medical License
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Completion of a Fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and patient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated passion for medical education

Pay
Compensation range: $339,815 - $504,222. The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice. Any eligible incentive compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
