Job Responsibilities
- Perform both minor and major surgical procedures.
- Prevent, diagnose, and treat a full range of OB/GYN conditions.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to medical staff—including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants—ensuring adherence to proper procedures and protocols.
- Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality.
- Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Participate actively in internal quality-improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive proactive improvements.
- Maintain high-volume ultrasound services, including interpreting fetal echocardiograms, first-trimester screenings, fetal anatomic surveys, and performing amniocentesis (CVS experience valued but not required).
- Interpret antenatal assessments, including NST, biophysical profile.
Qualifications
- Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (preferred).
- Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role (preferred).
- Active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC (strongly preferred).

Pay
- Annual Compensation Range based on years of experience: $325,000 -$475,000.
Schedule
- Work Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts.
