Responsibilities
- Schedules equipment, work cells and jobs based on customer demand and capacity.
- Develops and oversees final production schedule for the plant.
- Maintains accurate product inventory by coordinating inventory and cycle counts.
- Monitors and reorders purchased goods based on forecasting and required stock levels.

- Has an understanding of production process in order to determine raw material needs and logistics.
- Strong mathematics and unit conversion skills.
- High attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to learn new things.

- Reliable & trustworthy.
- Can maintain interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities in English.
Education And Experience
- High School diploma or GED.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, accounting, science, business, communications or other related area.
- At least 2 years’ experience with production scheduling, ability to troubleshoot scheduling problems, and experience writing and utilizing technical formulas and functions in Excel.
- Previous experience utilizing accounting systems/ERP systems.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Requires standing, walking, utilizing stairs or ladders, driving automatic forklift, climbing, squatting, stooping, twisting, bending, grabbing and grasping.
- Works in a non-controlled environment.
