Material Planning Coordinator II (On-site)

Our client is seeking an experienced Material Planning Coordinator II to support material planning, inventory control, and hardware movement throughout a repair facility.

Responsibilities

• Track hardware through factory and repair areas using internal systems
• Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules
• Coordinate material movement between purchasing, warehouse, engineering, and production
• Maintain accurate material and engineering documentation
• Generate material planning, scheduling, and hardware status reports
• Support the depot repair process and administrative functions

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with material planning, hardware tracking, or production support preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
• Oracle or other MRP system experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
