We are hiring a Material Planning Coordinator in Spring Hill, TN for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay
Hourly rate: $23.00 (+ $1.25 shift differential) based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Employees must be flexible to work additional hours and days as needed to support business needs.
Responsibilities
- Schedule inbound trailers to the dock
- Report material on the customer's system
- Act as a trouble-shooter for material that cannot be processed through normal channels
- Handle the processing of "hot" parts
- Handle field calls and answer questions regarding material that flows through the cross dock
- Update material flow information in the cross dock database
- Monitor non-conformance by suppliers/carriers and record those issues in an Issues Database
- Ensure that material flows smoothly and efficiently through the cross dock
- Ensure that information is shared timely with personnel from the customer and Ryder
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three (3) years or more previous experience in the department
- Three (3) years or more experience with customer Inventory Systems (Host systems), preferred
- Able to walk on concrete floors for 8 hours daily

- Intermediate knowledge of appropriate computer applications to use for tracking and report information (Excel, Word, Ryder YMS, Cross Dock database)
