Material Planning Coordinator II

Job Title: Material Planning Coordinator II Location: Wayne, NJ 07470 Duration: 12 months contract with potential extension Pay: $21.25/hr. on W2 Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens Shift: 1st (Mon-Fri) 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Roles & Responsibilities Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in a functional area. Provide support to the material planning, control function, as well as provide support to the Depot in moving hardware through the repair process.Use YORK (Your Online Repair Knowledge) to maintain accurate tracking of hardware moving through factory areas. Prepare and monitor material requisitions and schedules. Maintain engineering specifications and material movement within purchasing, warehouse and production. Create and generate reports on material plans and schedules. Use MRP Systems (Oracle). Skills Required Requires a High School education or equivalent. Skills Preferred Prefer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle.Looking for someone with experience, possibly some college education.
