What you will do

• Support International and Domestic shipping operations while ensuring full compliance with U.S. export regulations and ITAR requirements
• Assist with boxing, packing, and material handling as needed
• Perform other duties as needed and assigned

This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist with boxing, packing, and material handling as needed. Exposure to MRP systems, particularly Oracle MRP, is highly desirable, ensuring that products are efficiently transported, stored, and delivered while also maintaining effective communication.

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related shipping experience
• Experience assisting with boxing, packing, and material handling
• Effective communication
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. Department of Defense Security Clearance

Preferred

• Experience with government shipping procedures
• DOT Hazardous Material Certificate
• Forklift Certificate
• AITA certificate
• Exposure to MRP systems

Pay

$20.00 - $35.00 / hour
