About the role

The Material Prep Operator is responsible for preparing materials according to specifications and ensuring quality control measures are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepares materials in accordance with production schedules and specifications.
• Ensures adherence to quality control standards.
• Monitors equipment operation and reports malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follows safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in material handling or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and basic machinery.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
