Material Prep
About the role
Responsible for safely staging, moving, and prepping material to designated areas, while using powered industrial equipment. Efficiently moves material in a safe manner to and from storage areas and throughout warehouse. Ensures product is presented to locations by the prepping of boxes and/or bins. Counts and validates number of units of material moved or handled daily. Assist in the process of inventory reconciliation. Maintains equipment by keeping it clean and safe, reporting service requests as needed. Serve as a backup as needed in various areas.

- Participate in cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proficient using 3 pieces of industrial equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Reach Truck, Turret Truck)
- Certified as an industrial equipment trainer and capable of training others on equipment
- Minimum 6 months of general warehouse experience preferred
- Minimum 6 months of powered industrial equipment experience preferred
- RF Scanning experience
- Strong problem-solving mindset

Pay
The expected pay range for this role is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity.
Schedule
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
