Material Handler 6:00am - 2:30pm
About the role
The Material Handler is responsible for facilitating the movement of material to the production teams. This position reports to the Materials Logistics Supervisor and is part of the Supply Chain Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate moving materials throughout the manufacturing facility
- Learn the Danaher Business System and how to incorporate it in daily operations
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of prior manufacturing or distribution of materials experience
- Organized and able to effectively communicate
Qualifications
- Previous experience in using Kanban for replenishing materials
- Experience using Oracle/ERP to execute timely and accurate material transactions
Skills
- Knowledge of the Danaher Business System
