• Keeping FPH Log Up to Date
• Moving and Releasing SU/Pallets
• Contacting Quality for Clarification
• Releasing, Blocking, or Taking Product to Dump
• Moving Pallets to Area to be Sorted
• Contacting Unit Managers for Manpower Availability
• Contacting Production Planners for Work Order Numbers

Employee Beer Sales:

• Correlating with Production Services for Beer Out of Inventory
• Making Sure Trailer is Clean and Free of Debris
• Making Sure Trailer is Moved as Needed
• Informing Management of Expiring Beer
• Creating Delivery with Beer Sold in Store

Labor Samples:

• Pulling Cases of Beer for Sampling
• Transports to Packaging
• Adjusts Inventory in SAP

Inbound Deliveries & Claims:

• Pick Up BOL's from Dispatch
• Pick Up Green Cards from Beer Flow
• Match Up Bill of Lading and Green Cards
• Create Mini Returns for Dunnage IBD's
• Maintain Daily Tracking Sheet of IBD Issues
• Maintain Daily Tracking Sheet on IBD Discrepancies
• Keep Record of Past IBD's

Pub Order:

• Pulls Beer Order from Inventory
• Arranges for Outside Contractor to Deliver
• Adjusts Inventory in SAP

Key Ingredients:

• High School Education or Equivalent Required
• 3 Years Production/Warehouse Experience Required
• Forklift Certification
• Working Knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Quality Hold Systems and Inventory Experience Preferred
• Previous Inventory Experience Preferred
• Strong Capabilities in Accuracy of Record Keeping and Data Entry Required
• Ability to Do Repetitive Lifting, 30 lbs.
• Familiarity with KCRs Beverage
