Material Handler Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply Warehouse Management System (WMS) order instructions
• Navigate and correct potential process errors before they impact customers
• Identify and address damaged products during warehousing processes
• Pull and stage orders accurately and according to carrier locations
• Verify order details such as number of pallets and stage locations
• Create and maintain accurate receiving, storage, and shipping documentation
• Aware of and adhere to location and work center safety and security policies
• Train others on various warehouse functions, including powered industrial lift equipment operation
• Perform housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned
• Operate fork-lift equipment and other warehouse machinery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of related warehouse and powered industrial lift experience
• Ability to read, do basic math, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into computer systems
• Willingness to work overtime as needed

Pay

Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
Overtime Pay: $31.50 hourly when working overtime
