Made for Life Job Summary Ulrich Lifestyle Structures is seeking a skilled and dependable Warranty Service Tech to support our post-production service operations. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company-built structures including sheds, garages, barns, and playhouses. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Respond to assigned service work orders for repairs on sheds, garages, and other structuresPerform a variety of repairs including carpentry, roofing, painting, and minor electrical workEvaluate issues in the field and determine effective repair solutionsAssist with product deliveries when neededSupport upkeep and maintenance of sales lots, including display units and store repairsCommunicate directly with customers to address concerns in a timely, professional mannerDeliver a consistent 5-star customer service experienceFollow and uphold company construction standards and quality expectations Qualifications General knowledge of residential construction and repair techniquesAbility to work independently and manage time effectively without direct supervisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanshipExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to take initiative, solve problems, and remain accountableProficient with hand tools and power toolsValid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10–20 lbs regularlyMust be able to stoop, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl as neededAbility to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Experience & Education High School Diploma or equivalent required3–5 years of construction, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred What We're Looking For Dependable and punctualTeam-oriented with a strong work ethicAbility to stay organized in a fast-paced production environmentTakes pride in clean, accurate work Compensation & Benefits Competitive full-time payMedical, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with company match Why Join Ulrich At Ulrich, we believe great people build great things.
