Material Handler - Part Time

About the role

This role involves the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, and dangerous goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pallet buildup and breakdown
• Serve as a liaison with ULD repair vendors
• Perform assigned duties to support logistics operations

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and maneuver packages of any weight with appropriate equipment or help
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb stairs/ladders, and work in all weather conditions
• Effective communication in noisy environments
• Successful completion of training
• Safety-sensitive position requiring a drug screen
• Valid driver’s license due to motorized equipment operation
• Ability to stay alert and work safely
