Material Handler - Part Time

Role Overview: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of equipment used to move packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists with pallet buildup and breakdown of heavyweight freight, serving as a liaison with ULD repair vendors as needed. Performs additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: No formal education or experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and maneuver packages above 50 lbs using appropriate equipment or assistance. Capable of walking, standing, bending, squatting, and working in all weather conditions. Able to climb stairs and ladders, maneuver packages in enclosed spaces, and stack packages if necessary. Effective communication in noisy environments and successful completion of training are essential. Valid driver's license required for motorized conveyance operation. Key Duties: Operate equipment safely, assist in freight handling, and coordinate with vendors. Maintain safety protocols and perform duties in a alert, safe manner.
