Material Handler III

This highly skilled and proactive individual, as part of the Warehouse team, will be responsible for leading complex material handling activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving efficiency improvements within the warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Pull materials and support critical production requirements
- Lead and coordinate material requisition activities across operations
- Support stocking strategy and optimize material storage efficiency
- Provide operational backup and guidance across warehouse functions
- Perform advanced ERP transactions (adjustments, transfers, reconciliation)
- Verify material availability and resolve shortages with urgency
- Conduct inventory counts and ensures warehouse accuracy
- Manage returns processing (RMA, canceled jobs, discrepancies, misplaced materials)
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Company management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Proven experience leading material handling processes
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions
- Intermediate math, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or supply chain certification preferred
- Advanced ERP/system experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience driving process improvements and inventory accuracy
Working Conditions
While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site in a manufacturing facility. You will be required to work at the Company’s Fort Worth location in Fort Worth, Texas. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to: Ability to stand for long periods of time, Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds, Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor, Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers, Ability to wear personal protective equipment.
