Frymaster designs, manufactures, and supplies best-in-class commercial fryer equipment for the global foodservice market. This position is based in Shreveport, LA and is open to candidates authorized to work and reside in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

Responsibilities

  • Work with department personnel to ensure daily required parts are located in the work station.
  • Process non-conforming material daily and ensure it is clearly identified and processed within 48 hours.
  • Assist with cycle counts as needed and perform daily location audits.
  • Fill carts or workstations to appropriate inventory levels.
  • Perform cycle counts and other inventory management functions within the assigned department.
  • Maintain 5S standards to ensure cleanliness and part presentation.
  • Utilize hand trucks, hoists, powered industrial trucks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment used to move material.
  • Ensure parts identification is maintained throughout the delivery process.
  • Submit parts pick lists by the end of each shift.
  • Work overtime with little or no notice and move material within the standard time allowed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • RF Scanner and forklift certification.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
  • No more than 1 current corrective action.
  • Maintain less than 24 attendance points to retain the role.
