About the role
Operates various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and convey orders to the packing station or shipping area. Performs a variety of warehouse duties including pulling and assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy, inventory stock checks, restocking, labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, and conducting daily cycle counts. Handles receiving duties such as unloading inbound material, processing shipments, stocking material, and managing customer returns. Maintains facility cleanliness and safety by following all outlined safety rules.
Responsibilities
- Pick and assemble customer orders using powered industrial trucks
- Check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness
- Perform inventory stock checks and restock vendor products
- Label and maintain product displays (tools, caulk, etc.)
- Move, store, and replenish materials
- Conduct daily cycle counts
- Receive and unload inbound material
- Process inbound shipments and customer returns
- Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims
- Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized facility (sweeping, trash removal, restroom/office maintenance)
- Follow all safety rules and report unsafe conditions or accidents to management
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Certified Sit-Down Forklift Operator
- 1+ years of previous distribution/warehouse experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience with stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, and order picker equipment (no experience required for pallet jack)
- Dal-Tile certification to operate powered industrial trucks

Pay
Entry Rate: $20.78
After 3 months: $21.90
Plus a $0.50 shift differential
Schedule
2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM
