Roosevelt, UT – W2 position at the Roosevelt Baroid Facility.

About the role

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role requiring a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is a team player who prioritizes safety, follows instructions, and is willing to work flexible hours as business demands.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload trucks using a forklift.
• Assist with mud build operations and general warehouse activities.
• Re-stack, wrap, and organize palletized materials.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks.
• Be available for overtime, weekends, holidays, and every other weekend on-call as needed.
• Report to work on time and maintain a dependable attendance record.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable, motivated, and dependable with excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Safeland certification is a plus.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.
